Our Promise!

Our relationship with you doesn't end once you get your puppy home. We as a puppy lover wish nothing would ever go wrong with any puppy. Unfortunately, certain things do happen and are beyond most control. A puppy's health is dependent on a number of factors like genetics, exercise, food & nourishment, and overall care. While We cannot guarantee your puppy will never have a health problem, We can guarantee We will do our best to ensure your new family member is a healthy one!

We ensure your puppy is up-to-date with vaccinations and has been de-wormed. All puppies will come with their registry papers.  Finally, as an additional check and to activate your puppy’s Health Guarantee, we ask that you take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours after you receive your puppy, that way we can be sure that your puppy is a happy, healthy one from the moment he or she arrives at your home.

Health Guarantee
The health of your puppy is our primary concern which is why, in addition to all that we do to try to ensure your puppy is happy and healthy when he or she arrives, we also provide a comprehensive one Year Guarantee contract! It is the new owner’s responsibility to take their puppy to a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 48 hours from date of purchase to ensure they have received a healthy puppy and validate this agreement. If the veterinarian finds (papers and veterinarian signature required) the puppy to have a life threatening fatal genetic or hereditary condition, the puppy may be returned in exchange for a full refund or a replacement puppy of equal value.

Within the first year should the puppy be diagnosed (vet papers required) with a fatal hereditary condition (such as enlarged internal organs) the puppy will be replaced as soon as possible. Should the puppy die, an autopsy done at the owner’s expense is required and the findings must be submitted in writing to us immediately.  If the puppy is diagnosed with a fatal hereditary disease at the time of death, 75% of the purchase price will be refunded.

The new owner takes full responsibility for their new puppy from the moment of purchase. We are not liable for any vet bills, medical expenses or any damages, injuries or illness caused by the puppy. This puppy is sold as a pet and we assume no responsibility for any breeding done with this puppy or any litters produced by this puppy. We do not  guarantee color, size or the ability to train the puppy.  This health guarantee does not cover puppies that go down with hypoglycemia (fluctuations in sugar levels which can occur in small breed puppies) coccidia, giardia or any condition which may occur that can be corrected by surgery or treated with medication. All puppies have been treated for parasites. Should you find the puppy does not fit your family, it is your responsibility to place the puppy in a new home.
